  Something about this place has changed. About 5 years ago we purchased many items from this store. None of it was damaged, it was priced fairly and the man that ran it was very nice and would always be willing to negotiate prices within reason. He even gave us one piece for free if we bought the five items we were looking at. In the last fews years this place has PLUMMETED. I don't know if it is under new management or what but it really saddens me. Their inventory is extremely damaged and the prices are outrageous. The quality went WAY down but the prices went way up. The workers are no longer friendly and the woman that works there is actually rude. They do not answer emails and if you make offers on their Ebay store their replies are unbelievable rude and condescending. Their attitude is like they are doing you a favor selling you their scratched and ruined furniture. We will never step foot in this place again. As you can see from all of these other reviews, everyone is experiencing the same thing. There are other used furniture stores in Delaware with furniture that looks practically new and is half the cost these guys would sell it to you for......don't waste your time or money here. I know their Newport store closed and if things stay this way I'm sure the other two will follow suit.
