After saying he would send me a gift card in compensation for my negative experience, I am still waiting 3 months later. Not concerned about the gift card itself, just the fact that SOME of the workers in this store get away with being disrespectful to customers. Great prices, but if you are looking for good customer service you may want to go elsewhere.
