  I have a beetle problem. An in home terminix salesman told me to buy termite treatment (when I didn't have termites) and some other spray to kill the beetle. He then didn't show up for confirming bug was dead months later. The bug is still active. I had to call for over a month to get a reply for someone to visit. Terminix didn't show or call to cancel at scheduled time. Came next day, said my house needs tenting, which costs about $10,000. Someone else was supposed to come at 4pm today to confirm my house needs tenting and it's almost 5pm and he's not here either. I dont feel comfortable having this unprofessional operation tent my house, and when I called for a refund Terminix said the July appointment never existed, no appointments were missed, and a full refund is not going to happen. Scam artists. I'm out $1700 & I still have the same bug destroying my house! Posting to Delaware location because I thought it was a Maryland service center, but a rude Terminix guy called from a Delaware #.

  Terminix is easy to work with, they come quarterly and so far we have no issues with bugs in our home. The staff that comes in is always professional and provide a notification that they are on their way which is very important for me.
